Role Overview

Senior Talent Partner – Tech & Product | London | Office-based |

With 450+ hires already delivered this year , Fresha is scaling rapidly across Product and Engineering.

You’ll partner directly with senior Product and Engineering leaders to hire exceptional talent for some of the most important roles in the business.

You’ll own critical searches, build proactive talent networks and shape how our teams grow, with the opportunity to progress into Talent leadership, regional ownership or broader responsibility as Fresha scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own Product & Engineering Hiring: Lead complex searches end to end, from scoping and market mapping through assessment, offer and close.

• Build Proactive Pipelines: Develop relationships with exceptional passive talent before hiring needs arise.

• Partner with Senior Leaders: Translate Product and Engineering roadmaps into clear hiring priorities and talent strategies.

• Be the Market Expert: Track target companies, talent movement, compensation and emerging skill areas to inform hiring decisions.

• Raise the Hiring Bar: Challenge requirements, candidate quality and assessment decisions to maintain a high standard.

• Win Exceptional Talent: Create personalised outreach and candidate experiences that engage hard-to-reach Product and Engineering talent.

• Improve How We Hire: Strengthen sourcing, assessment, tooling and ways of working across the Talent function.

What We're Looking For

• Product & Engineering Expertise: Strong experience recruiting Product and Engineering talent in high-growth technology businesses.

• Complex Search Delivery: A track record of delivering senior, specialist and hard-to-fill searches.

• Deep Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Product and Engineering talent landscape, target companies and high-performing talent.

• Passive Talent Capability: Proven ability to build relationships with exceptional candidates beyond active applicants.

• Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Experience advising and influencing senior leaders with credibility and commercial judgement.

• Strong Talent Judgement: Confidence assessing quality, challenging decisions and advocating for exceptional candidates.

• Sourcing Excellence: Advanced sourcing, research, networking and talent-mapping capability.

• High Ownership: Proactive, independent and comfortable driving complex searches through ambiguity.
