Hours: 12 to 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Availability in the afternoon and evening is required. About the role Borough Kitchen is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook School Chef to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead engaging, high-quality cooking classes and demonstrations, building our customers’ confidence in the kitchen while sharing your knowledge of ingredients, techniques and recipes. We’re looking for someone who feels at home in the kitchen and enjoys sharing that with others. You’re a confident communicator who likes explaining not just how things are done, but why. Teaching experience is useful, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for food and your ability to create a welcoming, relaxed and inspiring experience for our guests.
