Sustainability, Deal Review (Japanese Speaker)
- There is a language requirement for this role, Japanese language fluent or business level proficiency is required.
- Lead sustainability reviews for complex transactions, offering expert judgement and guidance.
- Advise Front Office teams on ESG frameworks, due diligence, and sustainability processes.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align sustainability governance practices.
- Enhance frameworks for net zero alignment and sustainable finance labelling.
- Mentor junior team members and represent the team in working groups and forums.
- Monitor emerging ESG trends and regulations to improve internal practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of governance tools and internal processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainability regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate with external partners and organisations to advance sustainability objectives.
- Assist in developing frameworks for measuring the impact of sustainability initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainability processes and practices.
