As the Human-Centric Designer, you will lead and implement critical projects that capture our organisation’s vast knowledge, transforming it into powerful, accessible tools for decision-making and improvement across every department. Working across R&D, process technology, product development, and business operations , you’ll have a direct influence on Paebbl’s trajectory, using digital solutions to amplify our efforts and bring our vision to life.

What You Bring:

• Leadership in Human-Centred Design – You’re a strategic thinker who can make critical decisions that shape both product and process.

• Experience Across Domains – A background in industrial systems, software, data science, simulation, or product development is ideal.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Champion Design Thinking : Develop iterative design strategies that adapt to the needs of fast-paced projects and ever-evolving user requirements.
• Prioritize User Needs : Capture, organise, and address user pain points to ensure our systems deliver maximum value.
• Collaborate & Integrate : Partner with engineers, scientists, product teams, and business operations to create seamless solutions that elevate our collective knowledge.
• Drive Adoption : Be a role model in design thinking, inspiring teams to adopt best practices and integrate them into their daily work.
