Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.
Just like you
At Lidl, we don't just fill roles—we build careers. As a Head Office Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll be the engine room of our recruitment team. This is a dynamic, hybrid role where no two days are the same; you’ll split your time between finding great talent for our UK head office and providing the vital operational and administrative support that keeps our entire department running smoothly.
We believe in giving you the best of both worlds. With our hybrid working model, you’ll spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office—where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and great team energy—and up to two days working from home to maintain a great work/life balance.
What you'll do
The Recruitment Side:
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for head office operational roles.
Post engaging job ads, screen incoming applications, and conduct friendly, thorough telephone interviews.
Schedule interviews smoothly and ensure candidates receive timely, constructive feedback.
Support candidates through the offer and contract stages, handling queries regarding documentation
Create and check employment contracts, ensuring all candidate data is 100% accurate and processed on time.
Act as a key point of contact for our temporary agency recruitment and build strong relationships with our PSL agencies.
The Administration Side:
Manage the busy recruitment inbox, responding professionally to inquiries from candidates and suppliers.
Assist with the day-to-day financial admin of the department, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Support the wider team with recruitment reports and performance tracking
What you'll need
A background in talent acquisition, ideally supporting head office or operational roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for delivering a brilliant candidate experience.
A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). If you’ve used SuccessFactors, that’s a huge plus—but if you've mastered similar platforms, we want to hear from you!
Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
Someone who loves taking initiative, solving problems, and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
What you'll receive
30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
10% in-store discount
Enhanced family leave
Contributory pension scheme
Plus more of the perks you deserve
*includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.
