Join a forward-thinking tax lead accountancy firm based in the heart of London You will be partnering with an exciting mix of global clients, helping them navigate the ever-changing world of cross-border taxation. This is a chance to work on cutting-edge areas such as Pillar Two, complex structuring, and tax accounting, while building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple sectors.
In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team delivering both compliance and advisory services. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, the support of experienced specialists, and the opportunity to grow your expertise in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

• You will be client facing from the offset and acting as the trusted tax advisor for a range of international businesses, providing practical solutions to complex challenges.
• Managing the full delivery process-from early discussions and planning to technical analysis, to presenting clear recommendations.
• Advising on a variety of international tax matters, including Pillar Two, financing arrangements, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, and tax accounting.
• Working closely with varied levelled colleagues in other service areas to spot opportunities and deliver joined-up solutions.
• Guiding and supporting junior team members as they develop their skills.

You will be
This firms is seeking someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values building strong client connections. You'll ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in corporate and international tax within practice.
• Ideally some hands-on exposure to Pillar Two or the appetite to build deep knowledge quickly, but this can be developed over time with full support.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
