Regulatory Affairs Manager
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality regulations across multiple regions, including certification and product integrity standards.
- Monitor changes in legislation and assess potential impacts on business operations, updating internal compliance protocols accordingly.
- Support the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for both existing and new products, covering areas such as allergens, packaging, labelling, contaminants, and novel ingredients.
- Conduct detailed product compliance reviews for internal teams, including assessments of regulatory status, claims, and labelling.
- Coordinate with external authorities regarding authorisations, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain internal product documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Deliver training to internal teams on regulatory topics and updates.
- Provide support to quality assurance functions based on business priorities.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to verify product compliance.
- Participate in incident and crisis management activities as part of the broader leadership team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory or technical role within food, feed, chemicals, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues and implement structured solutions.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in business-level English.
- Self-motivated with strong administrative and digital skills.
