About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our project team and play a key role in ensuring all design and coordination activities are completed to a high standard and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and interfacing contractors to ensure seamless design integration and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and interfacing contractors on design activities.
- Review and evaluate models for design clashes and produce clash detection reports.
- Ensure updated design models are issued and integrated effectively.
- Liaise with clients on sample and mock-up reviews and approvals.
- Provide design information to support installation and handover documentation.
- Manage time effectively to meet design targets and attend client meetings when required.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of construction tolerances, processes, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and/or project design coordination.
- Experience working on a range of project types and scales.
Qualifications:
- Formal qualification in Architecture or a related field.
