Senior Product Designer - Customer Acquisition
- Understand our customers deeply. Build empathy for first-time users navigating cross-border transfers.
- Own complex, ambiguous problems. Work across the acquisition funnel—entry points, recipient creation, funding, and first transfer completion.
- Think creatively and divergently. Drive improvements that increase clarity, convenience, trust, and joy.
- Leverage AI. Explore assistive and co-pilot experiences that guide first-time users through unfamiliar processes.
- Experiment rapidly. Prototype and validate ideas with real user behaviour before committing to full builds.
- Collaborate closely. Work with your PM, EM, Engineers, and Content Designer to ship impactful work.
- Raise the bar. Set high standards for design quality and help grow the craft within the Send Experience Group.
