What You’ll Do (Team Leader – Education Recruitment)

* Lead, support and develop a team of education recruitment consultants
* Run your own billing desk covering long-term and short-term school recruitment
* Drive performance across the branch and team
* Build strong relationships with schools across the region
* Recruit, interview and manage a pool of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
* Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve activity and results
* Maintain high standards of service for clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 2 years’ education recruitment experience
* Proven biller who is ready for their next step (Senior Consultant → Team Leader)
* Strong business development and relationship-building skills
* Motivated, resilient and target-driven
* Confident using CRM systems and recruitment technology
* Someone who enjoys leading by example and developing others
