Your key responsibilities as an Internal Business Development Manager will include:

• Driving pipeline growth and achieving sales targets through structured execution of go-to-market strategies, including cross-sell and new business initiatives.
• Collaborating with marketing and wider FE Investments teams to generate demand and enhance client engagement.
• Partnering with regional Business Development Managers to ensure seamless client experiences and strong asset retention.
• Representing the voice of the customer to influence product development and strategic direction.
• Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and leveraging CRM tools to manage client relationships and opportunities.
• Adhering to company security policies and contributing to a secure working environment.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Internal Business Development Manager:

• You must have intermediary sales experience, ideally in a fund or model portfolio service (MPS) sales environment.
• You should have strong presentation skills, both verbal and written, and a consistent record of proactive client engagement.
• You will be confident using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecast sales opportunities accurately.
• You must have a growth mindset and a passion for continuous personal and professional development.
