Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Role Overview
Rapha Wholesale builds upon Rapha’s global brand positioning and awareness through strategic partnerships in existing and new territories. The Wholesale channel along with Rapha’s Clubhouses play a key role in making the broader Rapha community a place of inclusion, on and off the bike.
We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator who will ensure our products are in the right place at the right time. You will be responsible for the management and orders for our global wholesale partners. Offering exceptional customer service at all times, whilst demonstrating a commercial attitude to drive sell-through and maximise revenue opportunity. We are a hard working, ambitious team who work collaboratively across Rapha. Building a thorough knowledge of the partners we work with, our processes, internal stakeholders and critical path is essential.
This role will be based at our London HQ, working closely with the Senior Wholesale Operations Lead and our Wholesale Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for consistent review and execution of the wholesale order book
Support strategic partners through the seasonal buying process, with exceptional service at all times
Communicate proactively to our partners ensuring sales revenue is maximised
Work cross-functionally to monitor the flow of customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries
Work alongside the Wholesale Merchandiser, closely monitoring Available To Sell stock as well as forward orders.
Be fully aware of all products on the launch calendar to ensure cohesive launches are successfully executed.
Support the sales team, as required, to ensure we offer operational excellence alongside a streamlined customer journey
Manage the onboarding and activation of new accounts.
Ensure the B2B wholesale system is updated at all times and our customers are fully supported in their day to day use
Work cross functionally with the Finance team to review aged debtors and to ensure all accounts invoices and credits are posted on time
Supply partners with product data and images to support the seasonal launches
The Candidate
A commercial and solution-based skill set
Strong communication skills
Works well with others
Analytical and numerically literate, with an inquisitive eye for detail
Working at pace with flexibility and adaptability
Excel knowledge, ideally previous experience
Previous experience in a B2B or B2C environment is essential
