Associate
The candidate will:
- Carry out finance work across a broad range of transactions such as corporate lending and real estate finance.
- Support team members across multiple offices and collaborate on cross-border deals.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives. 2-5 years post-qualifying experience in general banking work on a wide variety of transactions (Scots law and/or English law).
- Broad knowledge of corporate banking law gained within private practice.
- Enthusiastic about keeping up with latest trends and decisions in finance law.
- Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation and team working skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and build effective client relationships.
