Complaints Paralegal - TEMP ASAP START
- Managing and coordinating complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensuring that all complaints are handled in line with the company's processes and regulatory requirements.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to team members regarding complaints.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal cases.
- Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
- Liaising with external parties as required.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service while dealing with complaints.
