Mechanical Engineer
Noble Recruiting have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer based in Barking, Essex with an internal workshop area with a busy & dynamic team there. Duties for the position:
- Mainly working with industrial motor repairs, gearboxes, fitting pumps and air handling units.
- Manufacture and repair components to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Calibrate overspeed governors.
- Overhaul escalator drives.
- Mechanical experience - Using lathe turners within the machine shop would be desirable but not essential and can be upskilled/trained within the workshop.
- Produce one-off/bespoke parts for repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Candidates must come from a Manufacturing/Engineering background, with hands-on working experience!
