Planner
Allocate jobs to in-house operatives and/or subcontractors
Manage and optimise operatives' diaries to maximise productivity
Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed within SLA
Liaise with residents, operatives, contractors, and supervisors
Rebook and reschedule appointments where necessary
Update repairs systems accurately and in real time
Support the wider repairs team to deliver a high-quality customer service What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Repairs Planner, Scheduler, or Works Coordinator
Experience within housing, property, maintenance, or repairs environments
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Good IT skills and experience using repairs or scheduling systems
