AV Teaching Space Assistant/Room Checker

Duties and responsibilities
Check AV equipment before the start of classes.
Monitor and respond appropriately to teaching room support calls.
Skills and experience
A broad understanding of AV and IT Systems and their application within a service environment covering hardware, operating systems, application software and general network principles.
Knowledge of end-user AV user support issues relating to Higher Education.
