Graduate Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant - Classroom Support (Ealing Secondary School)
Location: Ealing, West London
Pay: 90 - 100 per day
Contract: Full Academic Year (September 2025 - July 2026)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and compassionate individual to join a supportive team in a well-established Ealing secondary school. The role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is confident, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general classroom support across a variety of subjects
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to enhance learning outcomes
- Support students with a range of academic needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:
- Have experience working with secondary-aged students
- Be confident supporting learning across the curriculum
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be dependable, flexible, and responsive to classroom dynamics
- Be available full-time from September 2025
