Our teams focus on enabling measurable business outcomes for clients through modern engineering, Agile at scale, and DevOps ways of working.
We design, build, modernise, and operate cloud‑native solutions and platforms across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, complemented by enterprise low‑code platforms e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, OutSystems. Our solutions need to adhere to industry best practice e.g. security by design, sustainability by design, WCAG 2.2 etc. We use event driven APIs for reusability, enabling secure interoperability, data sharing, and the safe adoption of GenAI and Agentic software engineering and business solutions.
We operate with a strong “you build it, you run it” ethos. Delivery teams own solutions end‑to‑end, from inception through live service, applying DevOps, ITIL v4, and continuous improvement using metrics based on DORA, SPACE, DX Core 4.
As a Technology Delivery Manager you will be expected to lead predictable and disciplined delivery with a relentless focus on value for money.
You will lead delivery across one or more of the following engagement types:
Cloud Native New Build
- Greenfield product and platform builds
- Delivered using state-of-the-art Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
- Deployed on secure, scalable hyperscaler platforms
Application Modernisation
- Programmes aligned to the Gartner 6Rs
- Re platform, Refactor, or Rebuild of legacy estates
- Migration to cloud native, DevOps enabled architectures
SaaS Delivery
- Configuration before code delivery models
- Product led SaaS implementations integrated into enterprise landscapes
Integration Centres of Excellence
- API first and event driven integration
- Secure data sharing and interoperability
- Enabling GenAI and Agentic capabilities through governed integration patterns
Your Role
As a Technology Delivery Manager within Cloud & Custom Applications, you will:
- Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of cloud and custom application engagements, from shaping and mobilisation through live service
- Deliver business outcomes using Agile at scale in a product centric DevOps environment
- Enable teams to operate effectively in “you build it, you run it” models, balancing business priorities and technical risk
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary delivery teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Manage changing priorities while maintaining predictable delivery, quality, and client confidence
- Apply ITIL v4 pragmatically to enable value streams, service excellence, and continual service improvement
- Own delivery governance including financial, commercial, risk, and compliance management
- Build strong client relationships and support delivery led sales, shaping statements of work and delivery approaches.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
- Proven leadership of technology delivery teams across complex digital, cloud, or integration programmes
- Experience delivering in DevOps and product centric environments, including live service accountability
- Strong knowledge of hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud native delivery
- Experience guiding teams through modern software engineering practices, including:
- Microservices and cloud native architectures
- CI/CD and automation
- API led and event driven integration
- Demonstrable experience introducing and scaling Agile delivery frameworks across multiple teams
- The ability to translate between technical and non technical stakeholders, creating a shared language and clear outcomes
- Hands on familiarity with Agile delivery tooling such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement and disciplined delivery
- Experience of delivery governance including financial, commercial, risk, and compliance management
Desirable:
- Recognised Agile certification
- Experience working in scaled Agile or hybrid environments
- Exposure to GenAI or Agentic engineering approaches within delivery or operations
