Are you a visionary educator ready to lead one of our most successful and influential departments?Leigh Stationers’ Academy is seeking an ambitious Director of Learning - Humanities to drive excellence, curiosity, and innovation across our vibrant curriculum.

This is a significant leadership role. You will oversee a large, diverse department, providing you with the opportunity to line manage and mentor a talented team of specialists. We are looking for a leader who can inspire both colleagues and students, ensuring that our high standards of teaching and learning continue to flourish across Geography, History, and Religious Studies.

• Capable of leading a large team and overseeing a complex range of disciplines with clarity and purpose.
• Passionate about the Humanities, with the ability to teach your specialism across all Key Stages (including KS5).
• Ready to enhance our curriculum, integrate contemporary global issues, and strengthen our students’ connection to local and international communities.
• Committed to the professional growth of staff, fostering a collaborative environment where best practices are shared.
