We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Engineer to deliver high-quality plumbing and building services maintenance across client sites.

You will play an important role in helping ISS achieve its vision of becoming the world s greatest service organisation through outstanding service performance and technical excellence.

Job Description

This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems.
• Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across multiple sites.
• Work in full compliance with Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to ISS technical standards and policies.
• Collaborate with operational teams and customers to deliver a world-class building services experience.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
• Uphold ISS values by ensuring a professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach at all times.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating qualification (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in mechanical building services maintenance, including fault finding, repair, and installation.
• Proven background delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Experience working within Facilities Management (FM) or commercial property environments.
• Competence in managing high-risk mechanical works, with full understanding of H&S protocols.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
