English teacher- Fantastic school in Westminster- ASAP start

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join a fantastic school located in Westminster. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that meet the unique learning needs of students
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to actively participate in their learning
• Develop and implement strategies to support students' language development, reading comprehension, and writing skills
• Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English curriculum
• Communicate with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on students' progress and achievements
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary students
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Creativity and enthusiasm in delivering engaging and interactive lessons

Paid to scale on MPS/UPS
