Accuflex - Commercial Contracts Paralegal
We are currently looking for Paralegals with a minimum of 12 months experience in commercial contracts to work for various roles.
The application process is quick and easy to complete.
The Role
By applying for this role you are not applying for a specific paralegal position. Instead, you are applying to be added to our successful candidates database for paralegal opportunities.
If successful, we would take the time to understand your preferences, experience and interests, in order to match those with paralegal opportunities available with our clients. We work with a variety of law firms and organisations seeking paralegals to join their teams. These include firms varying from boutique ones to US and international law firms, but also in-house teams, from banks and financial institutions to media and entertainment companies, multinational organisations covering tech, travel & tourism, pharmaceutical, food manufacturers and much more!
Opportunities vary from short-term paralegal roles of a few weeks to much longer placements, as well as permanent positions where you would be hired directly by our clients.
The Selection Process
We would review your application and if your skills, experience and qualifications match our requirements, we will contact you to schedule an interview with a member of our recruitment team.
What we look for
- A law degree or equivalent (LLB/GDL or SQE1) is beneficial and may mean more opportunities will be open to you as some clients require a degree of previous legal training.
- Minimum 12 months of previous paralegal experience covering commercial law and commercial contracts.
Additional Requirements
In general, we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate good core competencies.
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
