Asset Coordinator
Location: Wandsworth Studio Hub
Reports to: Head of Content
Works closely with: Producer
The Role
The Asset Coordinator is responsible for the full life cycle management of imagery across studio and campaign production. This role ensures assets are accurately prepared, efficiently captured, carefully selected, professionallyretouched and delivered seamlessly across wholesale, marketing and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Shoot Preparation
- Prepare detailed product lists, SKUs and structured file systems ahead of every shoot
- Coordinate shoot day allocations in collaboration with production
- Prepare digital workflows for studio and campaign shoots
- Ensure technical readiness with Digital Operator
On-Set Management
- Oversee live file flow during shoot days
- Conduct initial image selects in collaboration with Photographer
- Prepare selections for structured sign-off processes
- Maintain disciplined file organisation and version control
Post-Shoot & Distribution
- Manage rapid asset distribution for wholesale requirements
- Oversee retouch briefing, feedback and amendments
- Track retouch budgets and manage cost allocation
- Upload and maintain organised asset libraries across SharePoint and internal systems
- Support the tracking of asset readiness across seasonal launches and ecommerce updates
- Ensure final imagery is prepared and distributed for marketing deployment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and file management expertise
- 2 years experience as an Asset Coordinator
- Must have Capture and Photoshop experience
- Experience within fashion or lifestyle production environments
- Commercial awareness of retouching budgets and timelines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high visual standards
