Step into a new era of mobile repair with our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) Division. We are looking for a dedicated Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service directly to our members.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: Base salary of £45,370 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), with on-target earnings of up to £57,000.
• Guaranteed Overtime: Option to increase your earnings with additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• Flexible Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will:

• Carry out routine servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
• Perform in-depth repairs typically done in a workshop.
• Provide member advice and recommendations based on your inspections.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards.

Your day will start with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to prepare for each job in advance. You will have access to a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics from day one.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
