TikTok Executive
Our client is an exciting beauty brand with a compelling story and they need someone to bring it to life on TikTok. This is a rare opportunity to own a brand's TikTok presence from the ground up, with real creative freedom and genuine responsibility from day one.
This isn't a UGC role or a content scheduling job. You'll be the strategic and creative force behind the channel, shaping the narrative, managing the platform, researching trends, and producing content that authentically reflects the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the brand’s TikTok channel, leading its day-to-day growth and development
Develop and deliver a creative, insight-led content strategy aligned with the brand’s identity and objectives
Create, produce and edit engaging short-form video content designed to drive reach, relevance and community engagement
Confidently feature and demonstrate products on camera in a way that feels authentic, informative and on-brand
Identify emerging TikTok trends, platform updates and content opportunities, and translate them into relevant creative ideas
Define and evolve the channel’s visual style, tone of voice and overall creative direction
Bring the brand story to life through compelling, culturally relevant storytelling
Monitor content performance, track channel growth and use insights to inform future content decisions
What we’re looking for
You live and breathe TikTok and understand instinctively what makes content perform. You have a genuine passion for beauty, not just the products, but the culture. You're a natural storyteller who thinks in narratives, and you're comfortable stepping in front of the camera when the content calls for it.
1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation or a similar role
Strong instinct for TikTok and a clear understanding of what drives performance on the platform
Background in beauty, lifestyle or a closely related space
Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
Strong eye for brand aesthetic, tone and visual storytelling
Proactive, self-directed and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up
