Purpose
To manage a team of delivery staff on the GLA UKSPF funded Change Project across London Boroughs. You will Manage a team of Change Makers and other delivery staff, be responsible for generating referrals, allocating and monitoring Change Maker caseloads ensuring young people receive a high-quality service and contractual outcomes are achieved.
