Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a heart for inclusive education? We’re looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary SEN school in West Drayton from September 2025. Our nurturing and well-resourced school supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language challenges, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual learning profiles of your pupils.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists to support holistic development.
* Foster a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
* Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies to ensure every child thrives both academically and emotionally.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience in an SEN setting (primary phase preferred)
* A calm, patient, and creative approach to teaching
* Strong knowledge of inclusive, child-centred teaching practices
* Passion for making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs
