Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

* Support students across KS1 and KS2 with their learning and personal development.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support as required, helping students to stay on track and achieve their potential.
* Contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment.
* Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
* Support students with SEN needs , adapting strategies to meet their individual requirements.
* Uphold the school's values and maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.

Teaching Assistant (TA) Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
* Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) .
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum , with the ability to support students across KS1 and KS2 .
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to working with students and staff.
* An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
