Real Estate Finance Lawyer – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Top Tier International Law Firm
MAP Legal is recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm for an experienced Real Estate Finance lawyer to join on a six month fixed term contract.
This role is suited to a senior associate-level lawyer who is available at short notice and able to operate with minimal supervision in a high-performing team.
The Role
- Advising on complex real estate finance transactions
- Acting for lenders and borrowers on investment and development finance matters
- Working closely with market-leading partners and established team on high-value, sophisticated deals
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in real estate finance
- Strong experience gained at a top tier or leading international law firm
- Confident handling transactions independently and working at pace
- Available to start at short notice
