HR Coordinator
This is an exciting time to join our Glasgow team. As part of our evolving Business Services function supporting the Middle East and Africa (MEA), we're embracing digital transformation to enhance service delivery. You'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence within a global law firm known for its collaborative culture and commitment to innovation. As a HR Coordinator, you'll be providing administrative support and work closely with our HR Business Partners and Advisors to produce HR letters, contract amendments, note-taking at formal meetings and general HR core activities. As part of your role you will be collaborating across teams, managing HR systems and processes and supporting our MEA offices. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication and organisational skills.

- Good understanding of the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Team player, consultative and inclusive, prepared to travel to the London office when requested.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Human Resources experience or a degree in a related subject
