- Support and develop team capability across global mobility and share scheme work, working with specialists where required

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale the team into a leading offering within the firm.
You
- Significant experience in employment taxes within a professional services environment
- Strong technical grounding across employment taxes, including advisory and compliance
- Demonstrable leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
- Commercially driven, with a track record of winning work and building client relationships
