What will be your role in the company?

We are looking for a highly organised individual to provide administrative, coordination, and delivery support to our Social Value function. This role plays a key part in ensuring CAF’s social value commitments are accurately recorded, monitored, and delivered across UK contracts.

You’ll support engagement with employees, suppliers, community partners, and customers, while maintaining data and reporting systems and contributing to the smooth running of volunteering, outreach, and community programmes.

What Salary will you be paid for this role?

As a Real Living Wage Employer, we are proud to pay competitively at CAF. For this role you will be offered a salary in the region of £32,000 per annum pro rata.

What will make you successful in this position?

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – typically Grade C/4 or above.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Level 2, 3 or 4 qualification in Business Administration or similar
  • Any Social Value‑related training, such as Social Value Portal / TOMs training, ESG, CSR or sustainability short courses (e.g., via FutureLearn, IEMA basics).
