Job Description Do you have experience in casinos, slot machines, or electronic gaming? Are you analytical with a sharp commercial mindset? If yes - this could be your next big move. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Supervisor to take ownership of the electronic gaming experience and drive performance across our slots and e-tables. In this role, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for growing revenue, managing KPIs, and optimising the performance of our electronic gaming machines by proactively driving stakes, controlling margins, and maximising profitability. You'll work closely with the Casino Manager and our central electronic support team to ensure our slots and e-table games are fully optimised for success in your club. Qualifications

  • Casino or Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables, is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in operational hospitality may also be considered.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment. Supervisors are expected to motivate staff and maintain high performance standards.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer-facing skills are essential. You should be confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
  • Commercial Awareness: A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue growth across electronic gaming products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations & a Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder.

Additional Information Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK. Must be prepared to work night shift and weekends.
