Civils Modeller
Are you a skilled modeller with a passion for precision, collaboration, and digital design?
At Kilnbridge, we’re looking for a Modeller to join our Design & Engineering business, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality models that support design, coordination, and delivery across multiple disciplines.
Why Kilnbridge?
We take on some of the UK’s most complex engineering and construction challenges, and we do it with integrity, teamwork, and purpose. As an employee-owned business, every team member has a personal stake in our success. That means your work directly contributes to our delivery, innovation, and reputation.
We live by our values: Responsibility, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. If these resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be producing and managing models for Kilnbridge and its subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting the wider design and BIM teams. Your role will include:
- Creating models for earthworks, drainage, HV/LV systems, telecoms, water, and more
- Using Bentley and Autodesk Civil 3D (knowledge of Tekla and SketchUp is a bonus)
- Reviewing and integrating subcontractor models into Kilnbridge’s design
- Ensuring the latest models are shared with clients and project teams
- Supporting handover models and verifying design documentation
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Attending client meetings and managing time to meet design targets
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have a formal qualification in engineering or a related field, with strong experience in digital modelling and design coordination. You’ll be confident using Civil 3D and Bentley software, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are key.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Electric Car Salary Sacrifice scheme
- 25 Days Holiday and Paid Volunteering days
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Scheme
- A key role in a forward-thinking, employee-owned business
- Opportunities to shape digital delivery and influence project outcomes
- A culture that values your expertise and supports your development
Ready to take the next step?
If you’re looking for a role where your modelling skills will make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
