Finance Systems Analyst
Opportunity
The Finance Systems team at Brunswick is looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied and collaborative role at the heart of Brunswick’s business operations, supporting our core ERP platform and the colleagues who rely on it every day. You’ll combine hands-on technical support and problem-solving with opportunities to improve systems, deliver enhancements and work with stakeholders across the firm.

About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
As a Finance Systems Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the application support team, providing first-line support to colleagues and taking initial responsibility for triaging, investigating and resolving support requests.
Alongside day-to-day application support, you’ll contribute to the continued development of our application landscape. This includes helping colleagues get the most from our systems, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and contributing to system enhancements and strategic application changes.
The Finance Systems team is managed by Finance Systems Manager Tony Staples and sits within our Global Finance function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Application Support
- Providing 1st and 2nd tier support, including logging, managing and maintaining accurate records of colleague queries through HALO
- Investigating and troubleshooting system and software issues, diagnosing problems and identifying effective solutions
- Planning and carrying out scheduled system maintenance and other routine activities
- Managing user accounts and supporting the security model
- Maintaining master data, including project resources for timecards and expenses, and delegate access for partners and senior colleagues
- Working closely with partners and colleagues across the firm to support the smooth operation of our core ERP platform
Training & Testing
- Supporting user acceptance testing for system upgrades and developments
- Helping colleagues build their knowledge and confidence through end-user training
- Creating practical support materials, including task recordings, quick-reference guides and other user resources
Systems Development & Projects
- Supporting the delivery of strategic system enhancements
- Identifying and promoting opportunities to improve systems and ways of working
- Testing enhancements and helping ensure changes are successfully implemented
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and learning how systems work. You’ll be comfortable balancing technical detail with a strong service mindset and building effective relationships with colleagues at different levels of the organisation. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP platform
- Experience in a finance systems, IT support or related role
- A strong customer service ethos and a collaborative approach
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A logical and methodical approach to your work
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing your skills
