Social Media & Influencer Coordinator

White Stuff
London

Who we are:

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented, and like-minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Role Overview:

The Social Media and Influencer Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving White Stuff's digital brand visibility. You'll own the planning, scheduling, and reporting for our social media platforms, using performance analytics to guide decisions and keep every campaign running on strategy and on time. You'll build relationships with influencers and support the delivery of engaging campaigns that align with our brand values and objectives. Alongside this, you're well-rounded and hungry to create engaging social-first content, comfortable coming up with your own ideas, executing them hands-on, or briefing others to bring them to life.

You'll work closely with the PR & Influencer Manager on influencer strategy and partnerships, and with the Social Content Creator, who brings the ideas and execution to life, ensuring everything is planned, on brand, and delivered on time. This role requires an analytical, organised, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to innovate.

What you’ll be doing :

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content, including posts, stories, and reels.

  • Analyse social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversion) across all platforms, identifying trends and patterns to understand what's driving performance.

  • Set and track KPIs across engagement, reach, and follower growth for each platform, using performance data to inform future content and campaign decisions.

  • Turn analysis into clear, actionable reporting for the wider marketing team, translating data into recommendations that shape future content, cadence, and campaign strategy, not just documenting what happened.

  • Keep a regular pulse on competitor and industry benchmarks to contextualise our performance and spot opportunities.

  • Work alongside our customer service team to ensure customer enquiries through social media channels are responded to accordingly and in a timely manner.

  • Partner closely with the Social Content Creator, briefing them on content needs and cadence and ensuring the content calendar translates into engaging, on-brand execution.

  • Contribute your own content ideas, and be ready to jump in execute or brief content, not just plan and schedule it.

2. Influencer Relations

  • Identify relevant influencers and content creators who align with White Stuff's brand values, and suggest potential partnerships to the PR & Influencer Manager.

  • Work closely with the PR & Influencer Manager on creative briefs for content creators and influencers, ensuring a diverse range of voices and content styles represent the brand, and contributing content ideas throughout

  • Manage influencer and content creator post-campaign analysis to measure success.

3. Campaign Support

  • Assist in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across social and influencer channels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, production, e-commerce) to ensure cohesive storytelling across touchpoints.

  • Stay on top of digital trends and introduce innovative ideas to elevate White Stuff’s online presence.

  • Identify posting cadence needs for each campaign, analysing what's worked in previous campaigns, and ensuring there are enough content verticals in place to launch and sustain campaigns effectively.

4. Brand Advocacy

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content and partnerships reflect White Stuff’s identity and values.

  • Champion sustainability and community-focused initiatives through digital storytelling.

What you’ll need:

  • 1-2 years’ proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing within fashion or lifestyle industries.

  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a track record of planning engaging content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for copywriting.

  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Tagger, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and visuals.

  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for fashion, retail, and sustainability.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in managing paid social campaigns.

  • A network of influencers and creators within the UK fashion space.

What we will offer you:

As a Social Media and Influencer Coordinator at White Stuff you will be entitled to an array of great benefits, some of which include:

  • Up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the London Office

  • 2 extra (paid!) days off per year to volunteer in the local community

  • Annual bonus opportunity

  • 50% discount

  • Subsidised BUPA Dental Insurance

  • Healthcare cash plan and Life Assurance

  • Interest free season ticket loan

  • Pension Contribution

We are committed to creating an environment where we can all be proud to work and be ourselves. Part of this commitment is being an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, and age.
