We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Associate, Global Investor Access - EMEA.

Global Investor Access (GIA) in EMEA delivers thought leadership content and corporate access solutions for institutional investors across asset classes and client segments within Markets and Securities Services. This role sits at the centre of how we bring investors together with corporates, sector experts and HSBC content through non-deal roadshows, corporate days, conferences, expert events and bespoke access requests.

This is a specialist, execution-focused front-office support role within a markets-facing environment and will coordinate activity across Sales, Research, Events and corporate issuers. The role also supports sourcing global content from across the bank for regional, overseas and global clients and events. You’ll use internal systems, data and analytics to capture feedback, assess event impact and identify ways to simplify processes including through AI Markets tools while maintaining strong control standards.

In this role you’ll:

• Own end-to-end execution of Global Markets corporate access across EMEA, covering non-deal roadshows, conferences, corporate days, webinars, expert events and investor tours
• Coordinate Investor Relations engagement between corporates, Research and Global Markets Sales, turning coverage priorities into agendas, schedules and logistics
• Manage institutional investor access enquiries and allocations, providing timely confirmations and accurate follow-through from request through to completion
• Shape and distribute thematic marketing for roadshows, tours and access activity, aligning outreach with business priorities across Markets and Securities Services
• Source and package global content from across HSBC for regional, overseas and global clients and events in EMEA
• Host onsite and virtual sessions as an HSBC brand ambassador, supporting a professional experience for corporate and institutional investors
• Monitor attendance and engagement and coordinate post-event actions with Sales and other stakeholders to close the loop with clients
• Use internal applications, data tools and AI Markets tools to interpret feedback, assess value and streamline processes while maintaining strong control standards

To be successful in this role you’ll meet the following requirements:

• Must have relevant experience in corporate access, coordination or markets-related event execution within financial services.
• Must have relevant level of knowledge of Corporate and Institutional investors and what events and corporate access activity they attend
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of Global Markets products, sectors, asset classes and client segments
• Have a good commercial analysis capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to work with various sources of information to produce easily digestible reports and presentations
• Possess very good stakeholder management skills, coupled with a professional confidence that engender the view of a ‘Trusted Partner’ across a varied internal and external audience
• Demonstrate really good time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks often with conflicting priorities
• Understand the Risk and Control and Regulatory governance of a Financial Services setting
