The Opportunity

You’ll join a well-established Conveyancing team, managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The role offers real autonomy alongside strong senior support, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality client experience while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal, along with wider departmental legal support, ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently and enabling you to concentrate on legal work and client care.

This role can be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Communicating clearly and consistently with clients and third parties
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth case progression
• Prioritising workload and using systems effectively to maximise efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with best practice and service level agreements

About You

• 2–3 years’ experience in Scottish residential conveyancing
• Experience handling a broad range of property transactions
• Confident, professional communicator with a strong client focus
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using case management systems and MS Office
