Our team of experienced medical communications professionals help our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry devise and implement transformative medical communications solutions that engage inspire and educate. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end roadmap of strategic solutions for our clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Inspire teams to push the boundaries of digital engagement omnichannel solutions and other creative avenues of medical communications
- Guide clients with research and innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and medical affairs
- Confident in providing guidance to clients and internal teams
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships rapidly establishing credibility and trust as a subject-matter expert
- Works with a lot of independence but is also an important internal scientific and medical resource for the agency
- Collaborates seamlessly with international cross-functional teams in a fast-paced highly regulated industry
- Holds true to the vision of the strategic roadmap and encourages excellent operational execution

Qualifications
- An advanced Life Sciences degree ideally a PhD PharmD or MD
- 7-10 years medical communications experience ideally in an industry setting
- Deep expertise in Medical Affairs and Medical Communications strategy
- Strategic mindset combined with a strong scientific acumen able to envision the problem formulate a creative solution and guide all those around them into successful project outcomes with a shared vision
- An understanding of Medical Communications challenges in a broad range of therapy areas and rare diseases
- Operational and tactical know-how of best practices for executing strategic initiatives
- Solid grounding in pharmaceutical standards compliance and regulations
- Strong intrinsic motivation
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to native-speaker level
- Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools advantageous
