Provide technical leadership and mentorship across delivery squads
Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence
Support the continued growth of Kubrick’s Databricks capability across clients and industries
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for curious, collaborative people who enjoy solving complex challenges, sharing knowledge and continuing to grow in a fast-evolving space.
You’ll bring:
Strong experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
Cloud expertise across AWS, Azure or GCP
Advanced Python and SQL skills
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and data governance
Experience leading technical delivery within enterprise environments
Confidence working directly with clients and technical stakeholders
A mindset focused on quality, impact and continuous improvement
Your development at Kubrick:
Alongside hands-on client exposure, you’ll have opportunities to continue growing your technical expertise, leadership capability, and industry profile through:
20 dedicated development days each year
Fully funded certifications across Databricks, Azure, AWS and more
Close collaboration with our Databricks Centre of Excellence, led by experienced technical specialists with deep expertise across data and AI
Mentoring through our Centre of Excellence
Ongoing collaboration with senior technical leaders.
Access to technical communities, events and opportunities to build your network across the wider Databricks ecosystem.
Leadership and capability development programmes

Alongside continued investment in your technical and professional development, you’ll also have access to a range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing, flexibility and life outside of work, including:
