Burberry Visual Merchandiser - FTC - London stores
- Deliver and maintain Burberry visual merchandising standards across designated London stores, ensuring a consistent and elevated customer experience.
- Execute seasonal installations, product launches and visual merchandising updates in line with global direction and brand guidelines.
- Partner with store leadership teams to identify opportunities that enhance product presentation and support commercial performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to store teams to build visual merchandising capability and strengthen execution standards.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits and follow-up actions to ensure visual excellence and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support new store openings, events and key business initiatives.
- Previous visual merchandising experience within luxury, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of visual presentation principles and how they support customer engagement and business performance.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several locations.
- Confident communicator who builds collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Adaptable and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across the London store network and support occasional business requirements.
