Group IT Controls Manager
The Group IT Controls Manager will play a key role in overseeing and improving IT controls across the organisation, ensuring compliance and effective risk management. This role in the property industry is based in London and focuses on maintaining high-quality standards within the technology department.

Description
- Develop and implement IT control frameworks to support compliance and risk management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT controls, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT controls and business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on IT control performance to senior management.
- Support audits and assessments related to IT controls and ensure timely remediation of findings.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on IT control requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards affecting IT controls.
- Facilitate communication between the technology department and other business units regarding IT control matters.
Profile
A successful Group IT Controls Manager should have:
- Proven experience in IT controls, audit, or risk management, ideally within the property industry or similar sectors.
- A solid understanding of IT governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or similar would be advantageous.
- Experience working within a large organisation, preferably in London or similar urban environments.
