As Commercial Property Agent, you will work with a well-established agency team that specialise in office disposals, focusing on developing new instructions in the West End. You will have proven experience and a network of local landlords and industry contacts to develop new instructions, as well as working on the firm’s existing book.

Commercial Property Agent - key requirements:

·5 + years’ Commercial Property Agency experience

· Ideally MRICS qualified although not essential

· Strong communication and negotiating talents

· Ability to win and close business

· Highly driven approach

· Ability to work autonomously

· Experience using a CRM database

Commercial Property Agent - key responsibilities:

· Undertaking commercial lettings and sales disposals (focusing on West End based office disposals)

· New business

· Executing marketing strategy

· Updating CRM database
