Ready to help shape the capital strategy of a fast-growing Lloyd's insurer?A leading specialty (re)insurer is seeking a Capital Modelling Actuary to play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving its internal model, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's standards while supporting strategic business decisions across forecasting, reinsurance, and investment.What you'll be doing:Enhance and maintain the internal model to meet regulatory and business requirements.Drive process and model improvements to support capital allocation, planning, and optimisation.Collaborate across actuarial, finance, and underwriting teams to align capital insights with strategic objectives.What you'll bring:Qualified or nearly qualified actuary with capital modelling experience (Lloyd's or PRA-regulated environments preferred).Strong technical skills, ideally with Tyche and a solid understanding of general insurance and specialty lines.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Why join?
