Our team members can earn an average of £450–£600 per week, with annual earning potential between £24,000 and £30,000. The commission structure is uncapped, allowing you to earn additional income based on your performance.

Travel and Networking Experiences

There may be opportunities to attend company events, business trips and networking experiences throughout the UK and overseas. Eligible travel expenses for approved business activities are covered.

What Will Your Role Look Like?

As a Sales Associate, you'll help deliver face-to-face promotional campaigns and introduce customers to the brands and services we represent.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Starting Conversations: Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping create positive first impressions.

• Sharing Information: Explain different products, services and promotional campaigns in a clear and engaging way.

• Creating Opportunities: Help generate customer interest and contribute towards new business opportunities for our clients.

• Strengthening Relationships: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and a professional approach.

• Working as One Team: Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute towards campaign goals.

• Putting Training into Practice: Use the skills gained through coaching and development sessions to improve your everyday performance.
