An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking businesses in its sector, known for its innovation, global presence, and £multibillion deals. Our client is offering a broad, commercially driven international tax role focused on adding tangible value and supporting the business through continued global growth.

The Role:

• You'll work directly with a network of highly respected Heads of Tax , supporting FTSE-listed companies on complex, high-value projects across Europe, Latin America, and Africa . Key responsibilities include:Advising on major M&A transactions, cross-border financing, joint ventures , and commercial contract structuring
• Identifying international planning opportunities and managing associated risk
• Supporting tax aspects of business growth and strategic initiative
• Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across legal, finance, and commercial teams

What We're Looking For:

• Solid background in UK corporate or international tax (in-house or practice
• Commercial awareness and strong technical grounding
• Experience working with large, complex businesses or FTSE-level client
• A desire to be at the heart of strategic decision-making in a globally minded organisation
