We are looking for experienced, customer focused, friendly salon manager who have a genuine enthusiasm for pets to join our salons.

We are currently recruiting for a Salon Manager within our Dogwood salon based in Chipping Norton .

Responsibilities of a Salon Manager:

• Able to groom and style all breeds of dogs to the highest standard.
• Overseeing the running of the spa.
• Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwoods high standards.
• Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
• Responsible for the sales performance of the salon, identifying any improvements needed and implementing.
• Booking and managing appointments.
• Delivering high standards of customer service.
• Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer.
• Ensuring first class spa presentation by our high level of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manor by liaising with your Area Manager.

Requirements of a Salon Manager:

• Willing to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A thirst for continued training and team development.
• The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under own initiative.
• Willingness to pass grooming knowledge to trainee stylists.
