This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations in their London office, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an outstanding workplace experience. With a strong focus on sustainability, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence, this role offers both responsibility and visibility at the heart of a respected international firm.

The Role

• Acting as the first point of contact for all workplace matters.

• Overseeing reception, housekeeping, and hospitality services.

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and security requirements.

• Managing budgets, projects, and space planning.

• Embedding sustainability across daily operations, including maintaining ISO14001 certification and engaging staff in environmental initiatives.

• Supporting staff experience through wellbeing, cultural, and engagement programmes.

About You

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and proactive professional who brings:

• A proven background in facilities or workplace management, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting.

• Strong knowledge of UK workplace regulations, health & safety, and compliance.

• Demonstrable project management experience — ideally including office moves.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing workplace culture.

• A genuine interest in sustainability and creating greener workplaces.

• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (or equivalent) are desirable.

Why Apply?

• Play a key role in shaping a new workplace environment during an office move.

• Take ownership of a highly visible role with interaction across senior teams.

• Drive real impact in the areas of sustainability, wellbeing, and employee experience.

• Work in a dynamic environment where your expertise and ideas will be highly valued.
