The role:

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is excited to be supporting a long-term client seeking Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who require sponsorship across Australia, with opportunities available in both metropolitan and regional areas. Sponsorship is being offered exclusively through Curamoir, making this a unique opportunity for clinicians looking to advance their careers while living and working in Australia.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality services to people living with a disability, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing your caseload, planning and providing best practice therapy, empowering participants and their families, and ensuring continuity of care through service agreements and appointments. You will support participants to achieve their goals within a social model of practice, while also maintaining accurate records, managing your calendar effectively, and ensuring participant funding is fully utilised.

Beyond your clinical duties, you will inspire participants to explore new possibilities, assist with future planning, and build capacity within their environments. You will collaborate with colleagues to strengthen service delivery, foster innovation, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Ongoing professional development, mentoring, and reflective practice will be central to your role, ensuring continuous learning and growth while delivering exceptional outcomes for participants.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy/Speech Pathology or relevant degree
• Eligibly for SPA (MRA Pathway) or AHPRA Registration
• Hold or be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa in Australia
